Beautiful healing climate trail with varied insights into the cultural landscape around Winterberg.

This tour is measured in terms of performance physiology and bioclimatology:

Directions

We start at the Kuhlenbergloipe parking lot and follow the signs twice left onto the farm track, which leads us into the forest after approx. 800 m. Once we reach the turntable, we turn left and hike uphill past sparse forest stands and views of the Voßmecketal valley until we reach the Kuhlenbergstern. There we can take a short break at the refuge. The route continues flat with a view to the right of the Silbach diabase quarry back through the forest to the starting point.
